Depending upon our level of involvement, we split our fees with loan brokers up to fifty percent. That's right...50%! For each loan that you refer to us, we give you a signed agreement to verify it. That's the right way. That's Position One.

*Position One's typical fees are 1% of GLA (gross loan amount). These fees may be higher based on the particular loan requirements and circumstances.
In most instances Position One pays commercial loan brokers 1/2 of its fees, the exception being circumstances when Position One's involvement in the loan process warrant a greater share of the fees. The minimum that you will be paid by Position One is a 33% share of our commission fees.
